This can vastly improve the processing capacity of MSMEs.
India's food processing industry is expected to reach $535 Bn by 2025-26. Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana which aims to create modern infrastructure with efficient supply chain management from farm to retail outlet is one such move in the direction to boost the food processing industry.
